On the upcoming episode of The Secret of the Celebrity Soldier, comedian Jang Do Yeon opens up about the physical and mental struggles she faced while delivering milk during her school days.

Airing on March 4th, this episode will explore the extraordinary life of Daewoo Group Chairman Kim Woo Joong, who met with influential global figures, including former U.S. President Donald Trump and Queen Elizabeth II, and played a key role in pioneering South Korea’s direct export market. Rising to the top of a conglomerate in his 40s, Kim Woo Joong’s legacy will be highlighted.

Lyricist Kim Eana appears as a guest and shares her insights into Chairman Kim Woo Joong’s life, recalling vivid memories from that era. 

Kim Woo Joong became so renowned that people would say, "I don’t know much about South Korea, but I know Daewoo." He quickly propelled Daewoo to become the second-largest conglomerate in South Korea and authored the million-seller 'The World is Wide and There is Much to Do'. Economics major Lee Chan Won commented on the book’s influence, saying, "This book was essential reading for college students in the 90s. I read it three or four times, and I still vividly remember Chairman Kim Woo Joong’s economic philosophy."

The episode also shares an anecdote about Kim Woo Joong’s early business ventures, starting with newspaper delivery during his middle school years. His impressive sales strategy allowed him to outshine competitors and achieve remarkable results on his own. Reacting to this story, Jang Do Yeon expressed her surprise, saying, "I also delivered milk after high school, but collecting payments later was a struggle. It wasn’t easy, and I made countless mistakes. I was physically and mentally drained, so I had no choice but to quit."

Chairman Kim Woo Joong’s success story, filled with both triumphs and challenges, will be revealed in episode 11 of The Secret of the Celebrity Soldier, South Korea’s first medical storytelling entertainment program that explores the birth, aging, illness, and passing of historical figures.
