The cost of staying at BTS member J-Hope’s Los Angeles residence has been revealed.

On March 2nd, reports confirmed that the LA house where J-Hope is staying is a luxury mansion listed on the high-end accommodation-sharing platform Airbnb Luxe.

Located in Beverly Hills, an affluent neighborhood in LA, the house features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a dedicated workspace.

The property requires a minimum 30-day reservation, with a daily rate of $2,378 (approximately 3.47 million won) in May. The total monthly cost amounts to approximately $71,340 (around 104 million won). When factoring in cleaning fees, service charges, and taxes, the total monthly accommodation fee exceeds $90,000 (approximately 131 million won).

Additionally, the property offers premium services such as a personal chef available three times a day, airport transportation, grocery shopping, and daily housekeeping.

Airbnb Luxe describes the property as follows: "Immerse yourself in the laid-back yet luxurious California lifestyle at this impressive Beverly Hills property. You can explore Laurel Canyon, take a stroll along Hollywood Boulevard, or enjoy sightseeing in Santa Monica."

J-Hope recently shared details about his stay during the February 28th episode of MBC’s I Live Alone, revealing that he traveled to LA for music production. He explained, "I came to LA to work on a very important single album. This was one of my plans before being discharged from the military."

During the episode, he showcased his workspace, saying, "I usually spend a lot of time at home, so I created a space where I can record." He also revealed the bedroom, a spacious bathroom, and a dressing room attached to the master suite.

The mansion boasts a luxurious interior, featuring a spacious kitchen overlooking the yard, a lavish swimming pool, and a personal weight room, allowing J-Hope to enjoy both comfort and productivity during his stay.
