Despite the ongoing controversy, the MBC weathercasters identified as alleged perpetrators of workplace bullying against the late Oh Yoanna continue to present weather forecasts. This has led to an outpouring of complaints from viewers.

Park Ha Myung, Choi Ah Ri, and Lee Hyun Seung appeared on MBC’s weather forecast broadcasts on February 5 and 6. Except for Geum Chae Rim, who also broadcasted on the same day, the three have been accused of workplace harassment against the late Oh Yoanna.

Viewers are strongly criticizing MBC, questioning why the network is allowing the accused individuals to appear on air while the victim's family is speaking out publicly. Many argue that even if the internal investigation is still ongoing, featuring these individuals in broadcasts is an insult to viewers.

Some netizens have also accused MBC of committing "secondary harm" against the bereaved family.

Numerous complaints have been posted on MBC’s viewer consultation bulletin board. Many viewers have demanded a thorough explanation of the allegations surrounding Oh Yoanna's case and stated that they do not want to see the accused individuals on air.

Aware of the public backlash, MBC has restricted comments on its weather-related YouTube videos.

It was belatedly revealed that Oh Yoanna, who had been presenting weekday and weekend weather reports for MBC, passed away in September last year. Reports indicate that she left a 17-page suicide note in her phone’s memo app, detailing workplace harassment, which has fueled controversy.

Further intensifying the situation, chatroom conversations between MBC weathercasters Park Ha Myung, Kim Ga Young, Choi Ah Ri, and Lee Hyun Seung were exposed. The chat included derogatory remarks such as "She's completely insane" and "Playing the victim. We are the real victims." All the accused, except for Lee Hyun Seung, have since disabled comments on their social media accounts and remain silent.

Kim Ga Young continued presenting weather forecasts until the 1st but has since faced industry backlash. She has been dismissed as Paju City’s ambassador, voluntarily stepped down from hosting MBC FM4U’s 'Good Morning FM with Tei,' and was edited out of SBS’s 'Kick a Goal.'

In response to the controversy, MBC established a fact-finding committee on the 3rd to investigate Oh Yoanna’s death. The network released a statement saying, "We deeply regret her passing. We will do our utmost to uncover the truth through close communication with her bereaved family during the investigation."

Korean netizens were appalled that the three alleged perpetrators are still presenting the weather on MBC. They commented:
