Son Seok Gu to guest on ‘Yoo In Radio,’ talks about acting and upcoming drama.
Actor Son Seok Gu will appear as a guest on the February 4th KST episode of the YouTube show ‘Yoo In Radio’.
During the episode, Son Seok Gu praises Yoo In Na, saying, “I watched ‘Yoo In Radio’ and thought your voice was amazing. Hearing it in person, it’s just as good,” setting a warm and friendly tone.
Marking their first on-screen meeting, the two will collaborate for four weeks in the segment ‘Love In Na’, where they reenact listener-submitted love stories. Their first challenge involves performing a real-life encounter that took place overseas, promising to bring both romance and laughter to viewers.
Reflecting on his breakout role as Mr. Gu in ‘My Liberation Notes’, Son Seok Gu shared, “I feel lucky to have found such a defining role. Since the drama was set in the countryside, the fresh air and peaceful surroundings made filming even more enjoyable.”
He also discussed his highly anticipated 2025 JTBC drama ‘More Beautiful Than Heaven’, in which he stars opposite veteran actress Kim Hye Ja as an unconventional married couple. Son Seok Gu expressed his excitement, saying, “It’s an honor just to be part of this project. Opportunities like this are rare, so I insisted on making it work, even adjusting my schedule to ensure I could film.” He hinted that this could be his next career-defining role following ‘My Liberation Notes’.
