SM Entertainment has taken a firm stance against groundless rumors circulating about their newly debuted girl group, Hearts2Hearts.

On the 26th, SM Entertainment released an official statement, saying, "We have confirmed that posts containing false information, malicious slander, and defamation of character are being posted and distributed about our artist Hearts2Hearts. We have begun the process of taking legal action regarding this matter."

The agency further stated, "Fabricating untrue content or spreading groundless rumors without verified facts is a clear violation of the law. We want to make it clear that we will take strong action against such illegal acts without leniency or settlement." They added, "We will continue to do our utmost to protect our artists."
