On February 3rd, Lee Sang Soon shared his thoughts on hosting for the first time at the 67th Grammy Awards, which was exclusively broadcast live on Mnet and TVING.
Expressing his excitement, Lee Sang Soon said, "I'm excited and looking forward to it. I don’t know much about pop music these days, so I’ll be relying on them. I’ll be hosting alongside him today to make the show more enjoyable. It’s an honor."
Music critic Kim Young Dae added, "I always enjoy Lee Sang Soon’s work, so I’m looking forward to seeing his hosting skills. I’m also curious about the chemistry we’ll create. Many viewers are encountering foreign artists for the first time through the Grammy Awards, so I’ll do my best to guide them." Lee Sang Soon lightened the mood, joking, "There’s a lot I don’t know, so I’ll be asking a lot of questions."
Meanwhile, Shin A Young, who handled simultaneous interpretation, commented, "I relied a lot on critic Kim Young Dae last year, and I’m doing the same this year. The Grammy Awards always have unexpected moments—it’s fun. I’ll make sure to deliver the latest updates from the scene as vividly as possible."
