On February 5, the latest episode of KODE YouTube’s series ‘Cell Phone Code’ was released, featuring BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and actress Jung Ho Yeon sharing their close friendship, offering viewers a glimpse into their playful and natural chemistry. 

The episode, titled "What happens when your close friend, whom you were just chatting with, unexpectedly takes the plunge," featured the two stars exchanging their favorite items. Jisoo introduced Jung Ho Yeon to fish-shaped bread with cream filling, and Jung Ho Yeon, excited by the treat, revealed it was her first time trying it. Jisoo, a huge fan, shared how much she loved making and watching the process of preparing the snack.

The conversation continued with Jung Ho Yeon giving Jisoo her favorite hot pot sauce. However, Jisoo jokingly pointed out that the sauce required a pot to prepare, whereas she had brought actual food. They also discussed their favorite songs, with Jisoo revealing that she only sings ballads at karaoke and once hid in another room to sing alone. Their shared interests, despite some differences in preferences, made for a fun exchange.

Their bond deepened when they revealed they had been texting each other before the shoot, confirming they were genuine close friends. 

Jisoo recalled running into Jung Ho Yeon at various events, and Jung Ho Yeon shared a funny story from BLACKPINK's LA concert, where she got drunk and thanked Jisoo for her hard work, even though they weren’t close at the time. The two ended the episode with laughter, highlighting their genuine and strong friendship.
