The SNS account previously known as @jeanzforfree has been renamed @njz_official, now the official SNS account for girl group NJZ.

Formerly known as NewJeans, members Minji, Danielle, Hanni, Haerin, and Hyein have now rebranded themselves as NJZ for their independent promotions. Alongside the new group name announcement on February 7 KST, NJZ rolled out a charismatic new set of profile images, hinting at a dramatic image transformation. 

The SNS account representing the parents of the members has also been renamed @njz_pr. The girl group's producer, Min Hee Jin, was spotted 'liking' all posts made on February 7 KST by NJZ, suggesting their continued alliance. 

Meanwhile, NewJeans declared a termination of the exclusive contracts with their debut agency, ADOR, on November 29 of last year. In response, ADOR proceeded with a series of contract dispute lawsuits in December and January, claiming that the exclusive contracts between the NewJeans members and the label remain valid until July of 2029.
