A student and a teacher were found stabbed at an elementary school in Daejeon.
According to the Daejeon police and fire department, at approximately 6PM(KST) on the 10th, an 8-year-old girl (A) and a teacher in their 40s (B) were discovered with stab wounds on the second floor of an elementary school building in Gwanjeo dong, Seo gu, Daejeon.
119 rescue workers transported the unconscious student to the hospital, but she did not survive.
The teacher, who sustained stab wounds to the neck and arm, was taken to a nearby hospital and is reported to be in stable condition.
The police are currently investigating the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.
