On February 4, BLACKPINKs Jisoo made a surprising revelation about her spending habits, admitting that she has spent a significant amount of money on in-game purchases.
Jisoo appeared as a guest on the YouTube channel ‘Theo’ in the program ‘Salon Drip 2.’ During the episode, host Jang Do Yeon asked Jisoo about her hobbies. Jisoo responded, "I don't really have any hobbies. When I rest, I just lie down. If my bed gets too warm, I move to the sofa and lie down there," eliciting laughter from the audience.
However, Jisoo shared that she enjoys gaming and recently made a substantial in-game purchase. "I saw an ad for a game and decided to install it. It was so fun that I ended up spending money on it. I actually spend a lot on in-game purchases. The most money I spent last year might have been on gaming," she confessed.
Jisoo further explained her perspective on spending money in games. "I'm not someone who spends a lot of money in general. I don’t even shop much. But when I spend money on a game, I think of it as an investment. Some people don't understand why I spend money on games, but to me, it’s just like buying clothes—except I’m buying outfits for my game characters."
Jisoo’s candid confession about her gaming expenses has sparked interest and amusement among fans, many of whom appreciate her honesty and relatable gaming habits.
