As of February 21, many who have lost loved ones continue to express their sorrow and longing, adding to the deep sense of loss surrounding the late actress Kim Sae Ron.

On the afternoon of February 20, actress Lee Young Yoo, formerly of the group 7 Princesses, shared cherished memories with the late Kim Sae Ron on her personal channel. She posted a total of 22 photos through her feed and stories, along with a heartfelt message expressing her grief.

Lee Young Yoo wrote, "My eternal husband, my heart, my other half, my life—our Ron. I was so happy to have you in my life; it was dazzling and colorful because of you. You always gave so much; even then, you wished you could give more. Thanks to you, I experienced and received such unconditional love. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again. I miss you so much, but at least you are no longer in pain, and that’s enough for me. I’m sorry I couldn’t protect you. My dear sister, I miss you so much. I love you dearly."

The accompanying photos depicted moments from their trips abroad, shopping sprees, amusement park visits, and dinner outings. In particular, a video of Kim Sae Ron and Lee Young Yoo smiling brightly during a past trip further deepened the sense of longing.

Through her story feature, Lee Young Yoo reshared videos from her post, captioning them with "So cute" and "It was only happiness." Given that Kim Sae Ron faced negative public scrutiny due to DUI incidents and frequent social media controversies before her passing, the phrase "It was only happiness" added a poignant note to the tribute.

She also shared a photo of Kim Sae Ron with a radiant smile, writing, "My favorite picture," along with another playful supermarket photo, captioned "This one is adorable too."

Beyond Lee Young Yoo, many of Kim Sae Ron’s close friends continue to mourn her. Akdong Musician (AKMU)’s Lee Suhyun, one of her best friends, was set to appear as a guest at SHINee Onew’s solo concert on February 21 but ultimately canceled her participation.

Reportedly, upon hearing the tragic news, Lee Suhyun rushed to the funeral to bid her final farewell, overwhelmed by grief to the extent that she could not proceed with her scheduled activities.

Pentagon member Kino also expressed his sorrow on February 19, saying, "In just two years, I have sent off two beloved friends at the same funeral hall." Remembering both Kim Sae Ron and the late ASTRO member Moonbin, he wrote, "Saeron must have missed Bin a lot. I haven’t been able to sleep for two nights, but I still can’t fall asleep."

Kino further voiced his thoughts on the harsh realities public figures face, stating, "How many more stars must we lose before we can put an end to this? What is visible is not everything. Just because someone is a public figure does not mean they should endure baseless speculation, exaggerated narratives, and relentless criticism."

Kim Sae Ron, who passed away at the young age of 25, leaves behind grieving family members and friends who continue to express their sorrow, making the loss even more heartbreaking.

Meanwhile, Kim Sae Ron was found deceased at her home in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, on February 16. No suicide note was discovered at the scene.
