Girl group BLACKPINK has topped brand value rankings for South Korean singers in the month of December, their third consecutive month at #1.
According to the Korea Brand Reputation Research Institute on December 21 KST, BLACKPINK claimed the #1 spot on the brand value rankings list for singers this month with 12,387,721 points. To determine brand value rankings, the Institute analyzes big data in areas including consumer participation, media activity, communication, and community activity to evaluate consumer engagement with specific brands.
After BLACKPINK, Seventeen took 2nd place this month with 6,572,231 points, while trot singer Lim Young Woong followed behind in 3rd place with a close 6,152,107 points.
The top 30 Korean singers in terms of brand value rankings for the month of December are, in order: BLACKPINK, Seventeen, Lim Young Woong, aespa, BTS, Big Bang, IVE, DAY6, TWS, BIBI, QWER, FIFTY FIFTY, J.Y. Park, (G)I-DLE, Taeyeon, NCT, Lee Chan Won, TWICE, IU, Lee Young Ji, Cho Yong Pil, BABYMONSTER, ILLIT, Song Ga In, Young Tak, Kang Daniel, Red Velvet, ITZY, Hwa Sa, and EXO.
