Lim Young Woong's fandom 'Age of Hero' in Changwon recently donated 1 million KRW (696.92 USD) to support an immigrant family facing financial hardship. The donation was made through the Gyeongnam Immigrant Center.
On December 15, the Gyeongnam Migrant Center held a year-end gratitude party attended by migrants, board members, sponsors, and volunteer activists. The event provided an opportunity for participants to share appreciation, encouragement, donations, and acts of sharing.
The 'Age of Hero' fan club in Changwon currently has about 20 active members. The group is known for engaging in various charitable activities, such as supporting victims of the Uljin wildfire, providing aid to medical staff during COVID-19, donating to a football team for people with disabilities, and participating in kimchi-sharing initiatives with Lifeline Korea.
The fan club stated, "We are proud to continue making donations inspired by the positive influence of Lim Young Woong and the Age of Hero community. We will continue to practice sharing and support our neighbors in need."
Meanwhile, Lim Young Woong is set to meet with fans at his year-end concert. His solo concert, titled 'Lim Young Woong Recital,' will take place over six days at Gocheok Sky Dome from December 27 to December 29, 2024, and from January 2 to January 4, 2025.
