Actor Lee Jung Jae (51) and Daesang Group Vice President Lim Se Ryung (47) attended an event together, continuing to showcase their relationship.
On November 2nd (local time), Lee and Lim appeared at the 2024 LACMA (Los Angeles County Museum of Art) Art+Film Gala in Los Angeles. This marks their fifth appearance at the event, having also attended in 2018, 2019, 2021, and last year. Sponsored by Gucci, the event aligns with Lee's role as a brand ambassador.
The couple coordinated in black outfits, with Lee dressed in a tuxedo with a bow tie, while Lim wore a feathered black dress complemented by a clutch. They posed with others, including LACMA co-chair Eva Chow.
The couple has been publicly dating for 10 years, starting in 2015. Lim Se Ryung, the eldest daughter of Daesang Group Honorary Chairman Lim Chang Wook, divorced Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Lee Jae Yong (55) after a decade-long marriage in 2009. Lee Jung Jae and Lim Se Ryung have attended major international events together, including the Cannes Film Festival and the Emmy Awards in 2022.
The LACMA Art+Film Gala honors influential figures in the art world and highlights their achievements. This year, sculptor Simone Leigh and film director Baz Luhrmann received awards. The event was attended by prominent figures such as Kim Kardashian (host), actors Andrew Garfield, Viola Davis with husband Julius Tennon, John David Washington, Nicholas Hoult, singers Ricky Martin and Troye Sivan, and model Kaia Gerber. Singer Charli XCX performed, and actors Lee Soo Hyuk and Moon Ga Young were also present.
Lee Jung Jae is set to return to screens on December 26th with 'Squid Game' Season 2 on Netflix, three years after the first season in 2021. The new season will depict the intense showdown between his character, Seong Gi Hun, who returns to the game seeking revenge, and the 'Front Man' (played by Lee Byung Hun).
At the Lucca Comics & Games Festival in Italy on October 31st, Lee explained that Gi Hun’s red hair in the final scene of Season 1 symbolized “a new beginning, a courage to live a new life after enduring a horrific situation.”
