SEVENTEEN captures the passion and unity of their Lollapalooza Berlin performance in new documentary.
SEVENTEEN has brought the emotional and powerful moments from their performance at Lollapalooza Berlin to life through a new documentary. On October 8th KST, the group released “SEVENTEEN: Run-Up to the Leap,” a mini-documentary capturing their behind-the-scenes experiences and preparation for their headlining performance at the festival, which took place on September 8th.
The documentary showcases SEVENTEEN’s journey as they took on the challenge of performing on a new stage. S.Coups expressed excitement, saying, “There’s a thrill in turning people who don’t know us into fans,” while Hoshi shared his determination, stating, “I will give my all, no matter what.” Woozi worked closely with the band master, guiding the musical direction, and Mingyu confidently noted, “I think people will feel SEVENTEEN’s charm and become curious after seeing the performance.”
The strong teamwork among the members was also evident. The8 practiced late into the night to fill in for Jun, who was unable to participate, stating, “We must ensure that CARAT (SEVENTEEN’s fandom) doesn’t feel the absence. That’s the fate of our team.” His words touched fans as they highlighted the group’s deep sense of responsibility toward one another.
Taking the stage after Jeonghan’s rallying cry, SEVENTEEN delivered an electrifying performance with live band sounds and dynamic choreography, earning enthusiastic reactions from the audience. Jeonghan later shared, “It felt like the fans were sending me messages through their eyes and actions,” while DK reflected on their decade-long career, saying, “It’s amazing that even after 10 years, opportunities like this come our way. It shows we’re doing something right.”
With the release of the documentary, excitement for SEVENTEEN’s upcoming world tour is growing. The “SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR” kicks off on October 12th and 13th at the Goyang Stadium, and will continue through major cities in the U.S., Japan, and Asia. The tour is expected to showcase SEVENTEEN’s growth as artists.
Fans are also eagerly awaiting the release of SEVENTEEN’s 12th mini-album, “SPILL THE FEELS,” set to drop on October 14th at 6 PM. The title track, “LOVE, MONEY, FAME (feat. DJ Khaled),” will express SEVENTEEN’s honest thoughts about love and their heartfelt connection to CARAT.
