Disney+ has unveiled two teaser posters and a teaser trailer for its original series ‘Light Shop’.
‘Light Shop’ is a story about a mysterious shop at the end of a dark alley, where peculiar customers with strange secrets come and go. Based on the popular webtoon of the same name, which is part of author Kang Full’s Mystery Psychological Chill series, the original webtoon has amassed over 1.5 billion views and received widespread praise from readers.
Actor Kim Hee Won, known for his role as ‘Choi Il Hwan’ in ‘Moving’ and his powerful performances in various films and dramas, is stepping into his first directorial role for the series. The cast includes prominent actors such as Joo Ji Hoon, Park Bo Young, Kim Seolhyun, Bae Sung Woo, Um Tae Goo, Lee Jung Eun, Kim Min Ha, Park Hyuk Kwon, Kim Dae Myung, Shin Eun Soo, Kim Sun Hwa, and Kim Ki Hae, who will all take on suspicious characters surrounding ‘Light Shop’.
The series will consist of eight episodes, with the first four releasing on December 4th KST, followed by two episodes each week for two consecutive weeks.
