On September 28 KST, BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON's management MA Entertainment announced member Jongup's absence from the group's upcoming schedules in Hong Kong.
According to MA Entertainment,
"We're sorry to inform changes to the future activities of BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON.
We had to make sure that Moon Jongup, member of BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON, obtained an overseas travel permit to participate in the 'CURTAIN CALL' Release Celebration Fan Meet and Greet Event in Hong Kong on September 28 and 'THE LAST FAN-CON [CURTAIN CALL]' in Hong Kong on September 29. However, we failed to check this requirement beforehand, and as Moon Jongup does not have permission to travel overseas, he unfortunately cannot attend the two listed events.
We are deeply sorry to make this announcement to the fans of Moon Jongup and BANG&JUNG&YOO&MOON who were awaiting these events.
Other than Moon Jongup, the remaining three members, Bang Yong Guk, Jung Daehyun, and Yoo Youngjae, will attend the fan concert and the meet and greet event.
We once again express our regret and apologies for this situation."
The Military Manpower Administration requires that all male individuals over the age of 25 who are subject to mandatory conscription obtain overseas travel permits. Moon Jongup is currently the only member of B.A.P who has not yet started or concluded his mandatory military service.
