Yano Shiho has shared an update on daughter Choo Sarang's life.

On August 22 KST, the model posted on her personal Instagram account in both Korean and Japanese, saying, "It's been a long time since we visited my grandmother. She turned 98 in April, and I'm relieved to see that she's healthier than she was a few years ago."

She continued, "There were times when she was bedridden or didn't recognize me, but this time she quickly recognized both Sarang and me. We had a good conversation, and her appetite was strong. Although she couldn't remember [our pet dog] Kyoro's name, it's thanks to the diligent care from my aunt and mother that my grandmother has recovered so well. I'm grateful for everyone's health right now."

The photos shared include Choo Sarang, Yano Shiho, and Choo Sarang's great-grandmother, who resides in Japan's Shiga Prefecture. The pictures, showing how much Sarang has grown and the family's positive update, have garnered support and interest from fans of the family. Comments from Yano Shiho's Instagram followers included, "What a wonderful family! ❤️," "Grandmother, I'm glad you're doing well and looking good," and "Shiho looks pretty like her grandmother."

Meanwhile, Yano Shiho, celebrity MMA fighter Choo Sung Hoon, and daughter Choo Sarang were fan favorites when appearing on the KBS2 family variety show 'The Return of Superman.'
