Just days away from making history with her solo performance at Coachella, Blackpink's Jennie surprised her fans by announcing a remix of her globally acclaimed hit "Like Jennie" featuring renowned Korean DJ and producer Peggy Gou (Kim Min Ji).

Jennie revealed the collaboration on her Instagram account, showing a screenshot of a call between her and Peggy Gou. Meanwhile, the Korean DJ posted a keychain with a capybara dangling from it, the rapper's favorite animal, on her own account and mentioned her.

Subsequently, Jennie posted a short video on social media and her official YouTube channel, casually filmed inside a car. She wore a loose-fitting T-shirt, baggy jeans, a baseball cap, and sunglasses, conveying a relaxed yet magnetic vibe that stood out even in low light. In the video, she dances effortlessly in the backseat, radiating carefree charm and confidence while an excerpt from Peggy's remix plays in the background.

The "Like JENNIE" remix, which was announced on April 11, is now available on music platforms in some countries.
