The latest update on singer Kim Ho Joong, who was arrested on drunk driving charges, has been disclosed.

In a recent episode of Channel A's current affairs and culture program 'Powerful Team 4,' the unexpected situation of Kim Ho Joong, who was transferred from Gangnam Police Station to Seoul Detention Center, has drawn attention.

According to reports, Kim Ho Joong, who was held in solitary confinement at the detention center, has now been confirmed to be detained in solitary confinement at Seoul Detention Center as well. 

Being a prominent figure extensively covered in the news, there are concerns about potential harassment from other inmates, along with various factors such as the risk of self-harm due to rapid psychological changes being taken into consideration.

The 'Powerful Team 4' elaborated, "There is a possibility of relocating him later on, but given the likelihood of Kim Ho Joong being under severe stress, there are concerns about potential conflicts, hence the decision for intensive management in solitary confinement."

In connection with this, a correctional authority official reportedly stated, "After observing for a few days, if Kim Ho Joong adapts well, there is a possibility of moving him to another common room or cell."

Particularly noteworthy is the fact that Kim Ho Joong's solitary confinement is reportedly in the same building where singer Jung Joon Young, involved in the Burning Sun scandal, and the perpetrator of the 'Nth Room' case, Cho Joo Bin, were housed.

The layout of the solitary confinement area in Seoul Detention Center where Kim Ho Joong is detained has also been revealed. This room, approximately 5.05 square meters (about 1.5 pyeong) in size, is equipped with surveillance CCTV. It includes amenities such as a flush toilet, sink, blanket, and television, and Kim Ho Joong is known to have access to television between 5 PM and 9 PM daily.
