On June 9, South Korean solo artist B.I held his solo show in Manila, as part of his 'HYPE UP' tour. This is B.I's 5th visit to the Philippines since the pandemic after his two-day sold out 'OFFLINE' show in August 2022, 'L.O.L The Hidden Stage' in March 2023, 'Overpass' joint concert in June 2023, and 'Privé Alliance' fan meeting in March of this year.
With only a day of rest following his Singapore stop on June 7, which had around 50 songs on the setlist, B.I never failed to maintain the energy he brought on stage, from the first few performances to the very last ones. It was a 3-hour concert that proved why B.I is indeed born to be on stage, showcasing such dynamic live performances.
He always brings his electrifying energy to every stage, and this is just one of the reasons why B.I's concert is worth every penny, besides his cool vocals and moves.
It wouldn't be a B.I show without him getting down the stage and roaming around for the fans to see him up close. Aside from being a fiery performer, he is also the king of fan service.
The songs on his 'HYPE UP' setlist include his recent single "Tasty," the fan-favorite "BTBT," as well as "Illa Illa," "Numb," "Keep Me Up," "To Die," "Nineteen," "Die For Love," and "Smoke," among others.
"We don't know when we will meet again, so let's have fun tonight," said B.I.
His labelmate LEO also stepped on stage with his special performances of his solo songs "Pretty Plzzz (with B.I)" and "Come Closer." The Korean-Australian idol also joined B.I on stage during the encore.
Following the Manila stop, B.I is heading next to Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, and Macau.
B.I's 'HYPE UP' in Manila was presented by Three Angles Production.
