Renowned musicians Tiger JK and Yoon Mi Rae have been awarded the prestigious 2024 Trailblazer Award of Achievement by the Korean American Community Foundation (KACF). The Trailblazer Award recognizes individuals who have significantly elevated Korean cultural content on a global scale and made substantial contributions to the Korean community's advancement. KACF, committed to fostering a strong sense of community and supporting the well-being of Korean Americans, bestowed this honor upon the esteemed couple.

Previous recipients of the Trailblazer Award include actor Yoo Teo in 2023, actor Lee Jung Jae in 2022, actor Youn Yuh Jung in 2021, HYBE Global CEO Yoon Seok Jun in 2020, author Lee Min Jin of the novel 'Pachinko' in 2019, and CJ Group Vice Chairman Lee Mi Kyung in 2018. 

Tiger JK and Yoon Mi Rae were chosen as this year's recipients in recognition of their remarkable societal contributions and outstanding global achievements through their impactful endeavors both domestically and internationally. During the award ceremony, the couple delivered an exceptional performance, captivating the audience with passionate renditions of their hit songs thus elevating the festival atmosphere.
