IVE member Liz garnered attention for her cute and timid reaction, after revealing her first ever "no bangs" look since debut.

On April 20 KST, Starship Entertainment launched new concept photos of members Liz, Gaeul, and Yujin ahead of the release of IVE's 2nd mini album, 'IVE SWITCH'. In this set of concept photos, all of the IVE members rocked a bold, red hair style, and many fans were especially thrilled to see Liz with a "no bangs" look for the first time since her debut. 

After the teaser photos went live, Liz shared her own reaction with fans on Bubble, writing,

"Is..it..pretty...??

Ah TTTTT it's my first time revealing a 'no bangs' look so it feels so awkward right now.

When we were shooting, I walked into the waiting room while facing a mirror, and I thought, 'why is Hyunseo coming..?' but it was actually me haha.

I was so nervous right up until the moment we started shooting.

I was going.

'It's gonna look fine.. it's gonna look fine..'

'It was a good choice to try something new T.'"

The fans commented, "She looks totally different", "She look like a mix of Leeseo + Gaeul", "I see a little bit of Ningning", "With her bangs she looks more cute, without bangs she looks more mature", "It's so crazy how the IVE members look more like one another the longer they promote", "Even though I prefer her cute image with bangs, she looks so pretty even without bangs", "So pretty keke, I thought she was a different member at first though", and more.
