SM Entertainment announced on the evening of March 13th through its official social media that it will take strict legal action without leniency against the spread of false rumors, personal attacks, insults, and malicious slander targeting members of the group 'RIIZE'. 

The company highlighted that "The spread of false facts about 'RIIZE' members on online communities, along with posts that cross the line including personal attacks, insults, and malicious slander, are illegal acts that are continuously happening."

The agency further stated, "Such actions are clear criminal acts that severely damage the personality and honor of our artists. We are fully aware of the situation and are reviewing collected data to ensure that the perpetrators are punished through lawsuits without any settlement or leniency."

SM Entertainment also warned against habitual stalking, verbal abuse, and invasion of privacy directed at the artists' families and acquaintances, stating, "Such behavior is also subject to legal action, and we urge everyone to be aware of this fact and take great care not to be involved in unfortunate incidents."

The statement comes in the wake of a photo spreading through online communities, allegedly showing 'RIIZE's Anton holding hands with a woman on a street in the USA. This sparked discussions among fans, followed by a woman claiming to be the one in the photo explaining that she has been friends with Anton since childhood.
