It was previously reported that BOYNEXTDOOR's security detail had acted excessively against fans at an airport recently. In response KOZ Entertainment released a statement apologizing for the issue stating, "We sincerely apologize to our fans for the issues arising from the inappropriate conduct of the security personnel who were responsible for ensuring BOYNEXTDOOR's safety at the airport on December 16."
