MBC's drama 'My Dearest' has clinched the title of Koreans' favorite broadcast video program for October. This accolade has been conferred based on a report released by Gallup Korea on October 23 KST.
From October 17-19, 2023, Gallup sourced opinions from a thousand people aged 18 and above across the nation regarding their preferred broadcast programs. The respondents could pick up to two programs, which gave a broader scope to this survey.
According to the results, MBC's TV drama 'My Dearest,' which features Nam Goong Min and Ahn Eun Jin in lead roles, took the top position with a 3.7% preference rate. This demonstrates its widespread acceptance and enduring popularity among the viewing audience.
The show's leading stars, Nam Goong Min and Ahn Eun Jin, expressed their gratitude upon hearing the news that 'My Dearest' was selected as the nation's favorite program.
Nam Goong Min said, “I am deeply grateful to the viewers who love our drama 'My Dearest,' and their continued support gives me strength. We ask for your ongoing interest and love.”
Meanwhile, Ahn Eun Jin expressed, “Thank you for loving our drama so much. We are currently doing our best during filming, and I aim to repay the viewers’ love with excellent work until the end.”
