Japanese music festival organizer announced to take legal action regarding DJ Soda's sexual assault that she faced during her performance. 

Previously on August 13th, DJ Soda took to her Instagram to publicize the sexual assault she faced during her performance in Osaka, Japan. On August 15th, TryHard Japan, which hosted the music festival 'MUSIC CIRCUS'23' released its official statement in both Korean and Japanese addressing the sexual assault DJ faced during her performance at the event. In the statement, the company announced that it would take legal action against the perpetrators. 

On August 19th, DJ SODA Eight Bulls Corporation and TryHard Japan jointly announced that they would be filing civil and criminal legal charges but because DJ Soda needs to continue traveling abroad for her activities, it was decided that all legal measures related to this incident would be entrusted to TryHard Japan. 

According to the statement, TryHard Japan is currently preparing to file criminal charges against the perpetrators of the incident and monitoring online activities for slander and spreading misinformation about DJ Soda.
