BTOB's contracts will reportedly be expiring soon.
According to industry sources, the members' contracts with CUBE Entertainment will be expiring member by member starting next month, as each member's contract end date slightly differs. Media reports have stated that many other agencies have been reaching out to them as their contracts state that they can begin contacting other management options starting three months before their contracts' expiry.
The members are rumored to have not made any decisions yet, and the possibility of contract renewal is still possible.
Meanwhile, BTOB first debuted in 2012, with the members expanding their talents to dramas, variety shows, musicals, and more. Last year, the group celebrated their 10-year anniversary with a commemorative concert at Seoul's KSPO Dome. Their most recent release was their 12th mini album 'Wind and Wish,' which dropped back in May.
Stay tuned for more updates on BTOB's future activities.
They have been active for a very long time. I could totally understand if a member or two wants to leave in order to do something else or just settle down (all members, except Sungjae, are in their early 30s), but... we shall see.
