MONSTA X' Jooheon is stepping down from his MC spot on 'M! Countdown' before his enlistment.

He told viewers through his label Starship Entertainment, "It's been 6 months since I greeted viewers as an MC for 'M! Countdown'. It seems every moment we spent together has become a really precious memory."
He then thanked fans and viewers, saying, "I'd like to thank all MONBEBE (MONSTA X' official fan club), who've been there with me every Thursday, all the international K-pop fans, and the production of 'M! Countdown' as well as my co-host Miyeon. I think I can say goodbye happily on my last day thanks to everyone who've been watching over me as MC Jooheon with such support and love. Please continue to watch 'M! Countdown' even after this point."
