In the digital age, social media has become an essential medium where artists connect with fans.

Unfortunately, the past has a way of catching up with you on social media, and this has become evident for LATTO, the rising star rapper from Atlanta. Recently, Korean netizens have come across some of her past tweets, which have sparked controversy due to their racist nature.

After featuring in BTS' Jungkook's solo track "Seven," LATTO has gained the interest of Korean netizens. Many Koreans had favorable opinions of the American rapper, but those views were short-lived.

This is because Korean netizens have discovered LATTO's past racist tweets, that caused much controversy even in the United States.

Many Korean fans and netizens were further disappointed to find that LATTO is attempting to delete her controversial tweet rather than formally apologizing for her past actions.

Korean netizens commented, "She's deleting her tweets rather than apologizing?" "During the time she has to delete the tweets, she should just write an apology," "So low of her to delete her tweets instead of apologizing," "How did Jungkook find this person and why did he even allow her to feature in the track," "Ugh, her tweets are disgusting," "I wish Jungkook releases a version without the rap part. It doesn't even fit with the song," "Just because she deletes the tweets doesn't make them non-existent. She needs to apologize," "After finding out, I'm not supporting her anymore," "She was really thoughtless and didn't think about the future did she?" "It's amazing how she's just deleting her tweets but not apologizing," "She needs to apologize first and then delete the tweets," and "She just wants to leech off K-pop since K-pop is so popular now. Her ideology and principles will never change."

Wow that actually is full on racist as well. She should apologise and never bother to tour in Asia after this. Jungkook please remove her from your song also. She will just bring bad publicity now.
