According to one media outlet report on June 22 KST, SM Entertainment's former head producer Lee Soo Man has recently set up a new company under his name, known as Blooming Grace.
The company was registered some time in March of this year, and listed under its board of directors are many familiar figures from Lee Soo Man's Culture Technology Group Asia. The company address for Blooming Grace is the same as LeePollux, another of Lee Soo Man's private businesses centered around drone technology for use in visual and audio production.
In terms of the Korean Standard Industry Classification, Blooming Grace has been designated as a management consulting company. It's business purpose includes management, consulting, financial investment, market research and analysis, etc. It was founded with a private fund of 100 million KRW and 2 million shares. Lee Soo Man is listed as both CEO and president.
Industry insiders believe that with his new company, Lee Soo Man may be seeking opportunities to acquire stocks of domestic companies, provide management consulting and feedback, and also invest in various companies dealing with music as well as new technologies.
A chief board member at Lee Soo Man's Culture Technology Group Asia, Kim Seon Hoo, is listed as chief auditor of Blooming Grace. Culture Technology Group Asia is a company which deals with music publishing. Through its global publishing provider EKKO Music Rights, Culture Technology Group Asia distributes music publishing rights and services of producers such as Yoo Young Jin, Kenzie, Yoon Gun, and more.
All three of Lee Soo Man's domestic private companies, including Culture Technology Group Asia, Lee Pollux, and now Blooming Grace, are located on the fourth floor of a building in Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seongsu-dong.
