On June 30, n.CH Entertainment delivered an update regarding the future promotions of the project group n.SSign, born from the Channel A audition program 'Stars Awakening'.
n.CH Entertainment stated on this day,
"First and foremost, we would like to deliver our sincerest thanks to the fans who love n.SSign.
We would like to notify you regarding n.SSign's future promotion plans.
The group n.SSign was created in August of 2022 from the Channel A audition program 'Stars Awakening' as a project group with a limited promotion period of 2 years.
Both the n.SSign members and the agency shared the same view that this group should continue. Thus, after a serious discussion, it was decided that n.SSign would be maintained as a permanent team and not a project group, in the hopes that its members would one day become a globally-known group.
In order to fulfill this longterm plan, n.SSign will be recruiting 3 new members, and will begin fresh as a 10-member team.
We would like to ask the fans for plenty of love and encouragements for the n.SSign members, who are standing at the starting line of a long journey.
Thank you."
Meanwhile, at the time of the group's formation, n.SSign consisted of 7-members: Hyun, Junhyeok, Doha, Huiwon, Sungyun, Hanjun, and Kazuta. In April of this year, the group released a pre-debut mini album 'Salty', followed by its repackaged version 'Monologue' in May; however, the group has yet to make its official debut. Now, it seems that the team will undergo several changes before that happens, so fans will have to wait patiently a little while longer.
As much as I want this group to be popular, I have a mixed feeling abt the members addition..because I already used seeing and listening to their songs as 7members group
