HAON is parting ways with H1GHR MUSIC after five years with the agency.

On May 8 KST, H1GHR MUSIC released an official press statement announcing that the rapper's exclusive contract is expiring this month. "We would like to express our sincere gratitude to HAON, who has been with H1GHR MUSIC up until now, and we will cheer on his new start. We ask for lots of love and support from fans towards HAON in the future," the agency added.

Meanwhile, HAON first came to fame as the winner of Mnet's 2018 hip-hop competition series 'High School Rapper 2.' He made his debut through H1GHR MUSIC soon after, releasing his debut single "LOVE ! DANCE !" in June of that year. He then went on to release his first EP 'TRAVEL: NOAH' and singles "Good Luck," "Flower," and "BwB." He also appears on the 'H1GHR: RED TAPE' and 'H1GHR: BLUE TAPE' agency compilation albums.
