Actress Jung Ji So, who played the younger role of Moon Dong Eun (played by Song Hye Kyo) in 'The Glory,' has been recently garnering much attention, not only for her role in the drama but for the other roles she took in the past.
Jung Ji So received much recognition for her role of younger Moon Dong Eun in 'The Glory.' Moon Dong Eun is a character who has suffered from horrific school violence, which leads her to plan her grand revenge for nearly two decades.
Jung Ji So left a strong impression with her excellent acting and the actress has been receiving much spotlight following the popularity of the drama. In fact, she has a number of other roles under her belt that have brought a pleasant surprise to fans.
Some might have realized but Jung Ji So also appeared in the Academy Award-winning film 'Parasite.' She played the role of Da Hye, Park Dong Ik's daughter who received tutoring from Ki Woo (played by Choi Woo Sik).
Not only that, Jung Ji So appeared in another popular Netflix series 'Hellbound.'
Many might have wondered who played the role of the frightening face that appears in thin air to deliver the news of the date and time of death to people who are hellbound. The enormous face brought fear to many viewers and was one of the key characters in the drama 'Hellbound.'
It was actually Jung Ji So's face that was used to create such a scary entity. Netflix revealed a video of how that face was created back then and showed actress Jung Ji So with dot markers drawn all over her face.
She surprised many with her impressive facial expressions and director Yeon Sang Ho explained in an interview with News1, "Jung Ji So's face fit very closely to the concept art image so we cast her."
