Jessica Jung rumored to be preparing to release an album and a collab with End Of The World

Jessica Jung is renowned throughout the industry for various reasons. Whether it be her unique voice, Her fashion brand Blanc & Eclare, or simply her status of being a veteran idol active for 15 years. Her reputation for both her work as a former member of Girls' Generation and for her solo career is remarkable. Her presence in both the idol industry and fashion industry is revered.

On October 29th, Nakajima, also known as Nakajin, the leader, vocalist, and guitarist of the band SEKAI NO OWARI, updated a story on his personal Instagram account. However, it was the person he had tagged that caused a commotion. According to the post, Jessica seems to be working on a project with him. From the post, you can make out Jessica in a recording studio at Paramount Studios.

Fans were ecstatic to see Jessica in the studio after so long. It has been quite a while since she released original music. The last solo album she released was in August 2017, titled 'My Decade.' She became the first Korean Female Soloist to Achieve a 'Gold Certificate' and 'Double Gold Certificate' on QQ Music with the album in 2017. Since then, she has yet to release solo music. She did, however, release an OST last year for 'Jessica and Krystal - US Road Trip' titled "can't sleep."

What caught fans' attention was that the producer and creative director for SEKAI NO OWARI's global project, END OF THE WORLD Naoki Wada, also posted a story with Jessica in the studio. The fact that the creative director himself was involved further confirms suspicions that Jessica may be working together with them on a project, and fans can't help but exclaim their excitement. A collaboration between both artists is sure to cause excitement.

However, fans might end up a little disappointed as one other piece of information can be caught from the story. In the story, Nakajin had tagged the official The Simpson's account. This raised questions as to whether or not Jessica is partnering with The Simpsons team to do a voice-over for a character or star as a special guest on the classic show. Some even wondered whether she was recording a special track just for the show. Some, however, disagree and said that the account was probably tagged as the show was playing on the tv and that it has no special meaning. Fans shared more theories while they wait for official confirmation.

Earlier this year, Jessica also had a discord event with Moroccan-American rapper French Montana. In the live discord chat, Jessica had mentioned that she was working on her album and how she plans to Collab with the renowned rapper for music and had asked fans to look forward to it. Their collaboration also made quite a buzz. It made fans certain that Jessica will release new music soon.

Fans also discovered that both French Montana and Nakajin follow Jessica on Instagram, and this further solidifies the rumors that they may be working on projects together.
