ITZY show their chic preppy style in the second teaser poster for 'Boys Like You'

ITZY is continuing to prepare for the release of their full English pre-release single 'Boys Like You.'

On October 21 at midnight KST, the JYP Entertainment girl group released the second teaser poster showing their preppy yet chic fashion. 

ITZY's single "Boys Like You" will be released on October 21 at 0 AM EST. So stay tuned for just a few more hours until the release!

Can anyone tell me what this is a "pre-release" to exactly? I haven't seen any albums or anything announced.
