aespa's Winter worried fans with bruising on her arm from hospital injections.

Many fans said that Winter has missed out on several schedules because she wasn't feeling well, and that they were worried about Winter's health. The idol was most recently absent from aespa's fan sign event on July 17 at the last minute due to her poor health. 

Fans suspected that Winter has been receiving ringer injections for her health throughout aespa's comeback preparations. They also guessed that because of aespa's comeback promotions, Winter was forcing herself to attend as many of the group's most important schedules as she could. 

Some fans said, "If Winter isn't there to perform at a music program, aespa would only have three members so she has to go through with it no matter what", "SM is so horrible at taking care of their artists' health", "Winter seems like the frail type. I heard she's been sick since spring", "I thought so when she said that she doesn't sweat a lot. People who don't sweat have weak health", "This poor little girl is getting injections to work her butt off, but the haters are sitting behind the screens, just finding excuses to put her down", "I hope she focuses on getting better and not on all of the stupid rumors about her TT", "Her face looked sunken these days. She got injections on both arms TT". 

The idol apologized to fans on Bubble for her absence at the recent fan sign, writing, "MY.. some of you took time out of your day to come see me but I couldn't be there, and I'm sorry.. TT. I was excited about seeing MYs too, but it looks like my body hasn't fully recovered like I thought yet TT.. I'm sorry for disappointing you TTTT I know I said I was all better yesterday.. I thought that the company would notify you beforehand, but they didn't and you didn't find out until you got there. You must have been so upset. I can't say I'm sorry enough.. I'll try to make it up to you as much as I can when I can make the time..! I'll rest up today and get all better. I'm sorry and I miss you."
