CRAVITY's Woobin has become the latest member to test positive for COVID-19.
The news was confirmed by Starship Entertainment through a statement released in the group's fan cafe on February 20 KST. According to the statement, Woobin had tested positive via a self-isolation kit test the day before, and his COVID-19 case was confirmed via an additional PCR test.
Woobin currently has no particular symptoms aside from a sore throat and will be resting and receiving treatment at home in accordance with the guidelines of the quarantine authorities.
"Once again, we sincerely apologize for causing concern to fans and others due to the additional COVID-19 confirmation," the agency stated. "We will abide by the guidelines of the quarantine authorities and spare no effort in supporting the recovery of our artists' health."
Meanwhile, prior to his diagnosis, Woobin was the only CRAVITY member who had not come down with COVID-19. The other eight members have previously tested positive and are currently receiving treatment in quarantine.
Wishing a speedy recovery for him
