On May 25, Rocket Punch's label Woollim Entertainment released an official statement via the girl group's fan cafe, announcing member Juri's brief hiatus from promotions.
Woollim relayed on this day:
"We notify you regarding Rocket Punch member Juri's health condition and activities.
Recently, Juri received advice from her doctor to rest and focus on recuperation, due to health issues. As a result, after a lengthy discussion with Juri as well as the rest of the Rocket Punch members, it was decided that in order to prioritize Juri's health, she should focus on her treatment for the time being.
Consequently, Juri will not be participating in Rocket Punch's 1st single album 'Ring Ring' promotions for now. Juri plans on halting her activities in order to focus on her treatment, and Rocket Punch will promote as 5-members temporarily.
We sincerely apologize for causing the fans who always love and cherish Rocket Punch for delivering unfortunate news.
We will do our best to ensure that Juri can recover her health as soon as possible and return to Rocket Punch promotions. Thank you."

How often do you think agencies use "health issues" to cover up another reason an idol halts activities? Especially when they don't really tell what is wrong with them (like how they will usually say anxiety/panic diagnosis, physical injury, etc)
