Under the main content of the bills, one of the bills states the appointment of Kim Hanbin as an executive director together with others. Under details of the appointment of directors, it states Hanbin's birth month/year, tenure of three years, new appointment status as a "new appointment" and that his main career as a"singer in 131 Label" (131 Label is Hanbin's own label.)

The upcoming general meeting date will be held on 25 September at 9 am. This means that the board of directors/shareholders will make a decision on the appointments of directors. Kim Hanbin is one of the candidates.
