On June 22, UNICEF announced that BTS has received Inspire Award for their “Love Myself” campaign in the Integrated Campaigns and Events category.

Started in November, 2017, "Love Myself" campaign, has comforted heart of many children, and youth from all over the globe. Many children, and youth have been deeply impressed and inspired by the BTS's message. The “Love Myself” campaign started with the message, “Love yourself to be able to spread true love to others”.

Lee Ki Cheol, the secretary general of UNICEF Korea, said, “BTS’s message that you need to love yourself in order to be able to love others is creating a positive transformation all over the world. I believe this award is the result of BTS’s positive influence as they give children and youth across the Earth both courage and comfort."

"As a fellow Korean, I am truly proud of their receiving this award, and I would like to use this opportunity to sincerely thank BTS and Big Hit Entertainment once again for always actively supporting UNICEF’s #ENDviolence campaign,” he added.

The winners were decided by a combination of online vote by UNICEF employees all over the world and the evaluation of a panel of judges.
