But On October 23, YG Entertainment posted an official notice via Big Bang's official website, regarding the member upcoming discharge date from his mandatory military service. As they warned fans the danger of the situation due to swine fever virus threat as it could be dangerous to attend the affected area.
But that didn't stop the fans from attending, as thousands of fans gather in African Swine Flue affected area, with impressive safety precautions was taken and systematic preparations done ahead of G-Dragon's discharge later. The fansites announced on October 24 that it encouraged refusal to participate in the event, and will assist international fans who can't cancel, will give overshoes, hand sanitizers, and other hygiene products to all participants, and asked to bring masks with them. The notice was translated into three languages - Korean, English and Japanese for the convenience of all G-Dragon fans. Approximately 3,000 international and domestic fans will gather on the site of G-Dragon's discharge, equivalent of 50 tourist buses.
