Seungri and Jonghun have continued to deny charges after additional police questioning. 

The former Big Bang member and former F.T. Island member underwent 12-hour police questioning from April 30 at 1 PM KST through May 1 at 1 AM KST, and according to reports, they both denied the charges. Seungri is currently facing accusations of procuring prostitution, illegal filming of women, and colluding with police by bribing, and he's said to have claimed his innocence against all charges during questioning. 

Jonghun is also facing accusations for illegally filming women during sex, distributing the media, and sexually assaulting a woman under the influence along with Jung Joon Young and other members of the controversial chatroom. However, Jonghun has stated they did have drinks, but he did not engage in any sexual intercourse with her.
