On April 9, actor Joo Jin Mo's label Huayi Brothers confirmed to various media outlets, "Joo Jin Mo is getting married to his girlfriend Min Hye Yeon this coming June. While it's true that the actor himself confirmed his upcoming marriage in June, we are careful about revealing more specific details including the date and location."

Previously, Munhwa Ilbo reported that Joo Jin Mo and his non-celebrity girlfriend Min Hye Yeon plan to hold a private wedding ceremony on Jeju island this June. Joo Jin Mo (45) first admitted to his relationship with Min Hye Yeon (35) back in January of this year. Min Hye Yeon, a physician who earned her medical degree at Seoul University, is known for her appearance on various informative TV programs, garnering attention for her beauty as well as her practical knowledge in health.
