Kim Jung Hoon's (39) ex-girlfriend A (30) revealed her side of the story through her lawyer. 

Since news of Kim Jung Hoon's ex-girlfriend filing a lawsuit against the singer and actor made headlines, netizen responses have been divided, and it seems many chose to point the finger at A. His ex-girlfriend, who is allegedly pregnant with his child, is suing the singer and actor for a deposit and monthly rent for an apartment they're reported to have decided to lease together, and his reps have stated he'll be taking all responsibility once the child is confirmed to be his. 

On March 1, A's lawyer stated, "There's information omitted in what's been reported, and a lot of people are misunderstanding A. It's true A is pregnant, and when she revealed this to Kim Jung Hoon, they were dating. Kim Jung Hoon's reps stated he found out through an acquaintance, but a lot has been omitted, which is causing misunderstanding." A's lawyer continued that though Kim Jung Hoon may have heard the news of the pregnancy through an acquaintance first, she made sure to tell him personally, and this allegedly led to their breakup. 

A's lawyer further continued, "The child A is pregnant with is Kim Jung Hoon's child. She did not date any other men, so it's only a matter of fact that she thinks this way. We also plan to take as many paternity tests as needed. Netizens have also commented A may have aborted her child, but she's still pregnant. A is having a hard time with the misunderstandings and malicious comments. She didn't want the controversy to get bigger, so she didn't release her own statement, but there are things that are being exaggerated. If the harsh comments towards A continue even after we've clarified things, we plan to take legal action."
