According to reports on March 7, Wanna One's Kang Daniel has partnered up with a legal representative in his ongoing "misunderstanding" with LM Entertainment.
Previously, it was reported that Kang Daniel delivered a document requesting proof of contents regarding his exclusive artist contract to his current management label, LM Entertainment. Many believed that this document of request simply intended to adjust the contents of Kang Daniel's contract with the label, rather than for the purpose of nullifying the contract altogether.
However, new reports now claim that Kang Daniel has partnered up with lawyer Sun Jong Moon of legal office Sun & Partners. Sun Jong Moon is known for having worked on Kim Hyun Joong's legal dispute with his ex-girlfriend 'A' on 'A's side, in addition to working with members of Mad Town in their legal dispute with their former company, etc.
News of Kang Daniel's potential legal activity with a lawyer is now raising even more suspicions about the true nature of the dispute between Kang Daniel and LM Ent. Many of Kang Daniel's fans find it difficult to believe that this sizable legal dispute all came out of one simple request to open up a personal Instagram account.

On february 1st Daniel an official proof of content to his company asking them to re open negotiations to change some closes on his contract. The proof of content established that if LM did not open new negotiations over his contract before the end of the month (february 28th) then it will be considered by Daniel side that the contract is canceled.
LM did not re open negotiations and instead completely ignored him, his fans and his request, they tried to isolate him by confiscating his sns. The staff deserted his fancafe leaving free field to trolls. And they just acted as if he did not exist. Yet Daniel stayed silent and waited for them to re open negotiations until the end of the ultimatum. Meanwhile the company was preparing the malicious fake news released on mars 3rd since mid february.
