BTS has sold out 5 venues across the world in a single day.
As legend has it, the ticketing wars for BTS have always been fierce, but the online battle to snag a seat for 'Love Yourself: Speak Yourself' has proven to be a wild combat on March 1. According to previous reports, BTS has completely sold out all tickets to the Wembley Stadium (Wembley, UK), followed by another sell-out of the Metlife Stadium (New Jersey), all within a span of approximately 2 hours.
The grab for tickets continued on for the next few hours, and with a blink of an eye, all seats to Chicago's Soldier Field, as well as to the Stade de France, were sold out, resulting in an overall sell-out of over 300,000 seats in one day.
With the tickets to Wembley Stadium sold out in 90 minutes, the Twitter update above seems to hint at the addition of a second concert date. All other current tickets have been sold out for venues in the U.S., U.K., and France, and the remaining venues that await its box office opening are for concerts in Japan and in Brazil.
Stay tuned for updates regarding ticket sales or added dates! Have you purchased a ticket for BTS' concert as well?
“If there’s people who have regular jobs who are coming out in the rain, in the snow, spending their hard earned money to buy tickets to come to your shows, you don’t need this right here (grammys’ trophy), I promise you that. You already won (grammys ‘ awards).”
Drake’s speech at 2019 grammys 😘. The only one who beat BTS in 2018 global artist chart.
