Once Picture Studio officially filed for compensatory damages against Suzy and two netizens who started the Blue House Petition.
According to Seoul Southern District Court on June 11, director Lee of Once Picture Studio requested 100 million KRW (92,980 USD) to Suzy and the two netizens for compensatory damages.
Once Picture Studio claims they received heavy criticism and faced business loss after they were mistakenly named as the studio involved in YouTuber Yang Ye Won's sexual abuse controversy.
The two netizens are blamed for starting the Blue House Petition with the title 'Once Picture Illegal Nude Photoshoot'. Meanwhile, Suzy is blamed for publicly showing support via Instagram.
It's been revealed that Suzy attempted to apologize to the Once Picture Studio director in person, however, the director refused.
In regards the issue, JYP Entertainment stated, "We are checking on the info on the lawsuit. We will provide an official statement after confirmation."
