Hwang Jung Eum addressed the negative feedback on her acting.
On June 7, the actors of the new SBS drama 'The Undateable' attended the press conference at SBS Ilsan Production Center in Gyeonggi-do.
At the event, Hwang Jung Eum shared thoughts about the criticism she's receiving on her acting. She said, "I saw reactions in the comments. I realized that my previous characters received a lot of love. I think this happened because I took part in the same genres. I think Hwang Jung Eum's acting brought out Hwang Jung Eum again. I will take responsibility for the character of this drama." She firmly added, "Please take time to watch me a bit longer."
The new drama starring Hwang Jung Eum and Nam Goong Min recorded disappointing viewer ratings in the first week. The drama is receiving criticism for its cliche storyline and Hwang Jung Eum's "poor performance".
