According to witnesses on campus, an unidentified man riding on a motorcycle appeared in the dormitory area and shocked students with his perverted acts.

A female student shared her frightening experience on social media. She explained that the pervert on a motorcycle suddenly stopped in front of her, unzipped his pants, masturbated in front of her, and immediately rode off on the motorcycle.

More students came forward with their encounter with the pervert after reading the female student's post. It's reported that the flasher made a frequent appearance in the Jeongleung dorm area. 

Unfortunately, none of the victims remember his face as he was wearing a helmet and immediately rode off on the motorcycle after his perverted act. 

The police have looked over CCTV footage around the area in search of the pervert, however, they're having difficulties due to poor footage quality. 

On April 3, Kookmin University posted a warning for the students and asked them to refrain from roaming the dorm areas late at night. The school also stated they will fully cooperate with the police investigation.
